These terms apply to use of this website. Any pilot, implementation or managed service is governed by the written proposal, service agreement and any related data-processing terms accepted by ARKOZ and the client.

Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but its content is general information rather than a binding service commitment. Features, integrations, timelines and final prices are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.

Pricing

Website prices are starting figures unless stated otherwise. Final scope follows technical assessment. ARKOZ is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added. Telephone usage, provider charges, bespoke integrations and work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Safety and operating limits

ARKOZ services are not a substitute for qualified technical judgment, emergency services or an agreed human escalation process. The questions, notifications, fallback paths and operating limits for a client service are defined in writing.

Availability and external services

We do not guarantee that this website or an external booking, form or communication service will always be available without interruption. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and those services operate under their own terms.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, ARKOZ owns or is licensed to use the website content, brand assets and original materials. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
